Refund of Cancellation

I cancelled my ticket on 21st of Feb 2007 and got a cancellation mail from them . But not the refund money. I tried to call them and ultimately got to the customer care executive after trying for almost one hour . To my astonishment I found that my ticket is not cancelled. In spite of several calls to them the till date 22nd March 2007 I have not got my refund it. This is one of the horrible experience I am having apart from the scheduled delays ranging between 2-6 hours which I have come across.


I would rate this as the worst airline in the Indian history of Aviation with no courtesy of staffs, where I have seen Air Deccan Staffs surrounding passenger and beating them up . The WORST AIRLINE .... its not simply fly its simply extort, Simply Cheat  airlines the passengers remaining in between the weak Civil Aviation Guidelines. Ministry of Civil Aviation should seriously look into this and tie up the loopholes . Really a Dhakkan Taking passengers for a ride.
