Read the part one below. THis stupid airlines sucks big time, I need help from u people if u know how to approach the consumer court. I had mentioned in part1 that they have rescheduled the flight for 7th Jan and now even that is cancelled, I have already lost about 20K till now and now if I have to reschedule my flight from Kolkatta to Bangalore on Kingfisher, its gonna cost me abomb. these people are worthless and care a damm for passenger who fly with them. simpliDONTfly.
Make sure none of your family, friends or collegues use this airlines. I just wish they shut shop ASAP. They are just giving the pasengers nightmare and mental tortures.
PLease help me by giving me contact info of Consumer court in Bangalore.

i booked a flight from Aizawl(Mizoram) to Kolkatta on 3rd Jan, the flight was cancelled after people boarded the flight due some technical reasons. The Airline authorities were so in considerate they refused to put people on the next flight stating that the next flight was full and preference was given only to people using Airdeccan as connecting flight from Kolkatta, as we had a connecting flight on King Fisher we were not preferred. They gave the dates for sunday 7th Jan, we lost 4 days in bargain, and we had to reschdule our kingfisher tickets paying a difference amount of Rupees 5K thats the lowest we could get and we have to get an accomodation in Kolkatta for 3 days costing about 6 K in total, and lost 5 working days, and mental torture from the airlines, plus loss in pay from the company all put together loss of 20K in bargain for 2K I suggest people not to Fly Airdeccan and try flying some other airlines by paying a lil extra,
to summarize Air Deccan sucks and the people are not frendly and helpful at all.
Please educate your family friends and colleagues to do the same.
