Thanks to Air Deccan, my ticket booking was made so easy. As soon as I paid through my bank, the next screen showed me the PNR number. I was wondering how this type of a printout be a ticket. Much to my wonder when I entered the Air deccan service centre in Airport, they accepted this as a ticket and issued my boarding pass. My trip was from Chennai to Delhi. I have already read many reviews about Air Deccan. So, I was prepared to pay for my food on board and to find my window seat as soon as I enter. But, to my surprise from Chennai everything was happening in an orderly manner. Everyone took their respective seats. And nothing was choatic. I though Air Deccan has done something good. But, when I came back from Delhi, trouble started. This time I went to find my seat number, but somebody else was sitting in my seat and when I enquired about this to the Air hostess. She said that it was free seating. Then I went and took another seat. There was a couple who travelled with me refused to take another seat apart from what they have been allocated. Which caused chaos and it took time to the pilot to take the airbus towards taxi.
