Here I would like to share my worst / horrible experience with air deccan ground staff at hyderabad air port.
I am a frequent flyer in this airlines and most of the times when ever people talk bad about I used to argue and convince them say the air deccan is the best compared with other air lines.
My this opinion changed on 9th Jan’06 the way I was ill treated by the ground staff of HYD airport is ridicules and horrible.
On 9th Jan’06 I was supposed to leave PUNE from Hyderabad the flight was at 5.55am and I reached to air port at 5am. The same day there was some VIP / VVIP’s were traveling to Delhi / mumbai due to this I was stopped at air port entry for 10 to 15 mints and by the time I reached to AIR DECCAN It was 5.20am. I was in Q by the time my turn came for taking boarding pass surprisingly I was told that counter closed and I will not be allowed to fly and the guy standing the counter took my ticket and written the time 5.35 reporting (I have shown him the watch it was exactly 5.28am) when I wanted to speack to the Manager the same guy claimed that iam the manager and we can’t do any thing for making me to board the flight. While I was talking to other air deccan staff at security check I was told passengers still to board ask him to issue the Boarding pass for which this and a lady claimed as duty manager didn’t helped me to get the same.
While the argument was on I could here the announcement saying calling the passengers to pass through security check for pune flight and reach to flight.
In the whole process I lost my total money I paid for the ticket and traveled in other air lines up to mumbai and taken a cab to pune. By the time I reached to pune it was 4 pm my purpose of going to pune got lost and the proposed meeting was over and got firing from the bosses.
Mr.Gopinat and his NEW EXPERT IMORTED CEO gives statements on customer delight and satisfaction by appointing the staff who never can be customer friendly and might have come from “SLUMS” who knows only DADAGIRI and who don’t have conviction and capability of doing the FIRST TIME RIGHT JOB.
Even after paying 100% fare (NOT SO CALLED Re1/- or Rs 500/- offers) and get f>>>>>> and self-SCR>>>>>>.
MR.Gopinath should learn one thing that his life is with his customers not with CARTOON NETWORK SHOWS AND CARTOONS IN THE COMPANY. Also please note more than 6 times the flight got deleyed due to tqnical issues but we never claimed told any thing bad about your service and why your people cant take one time chance for customer Ap Ku Indian customer chutey lagtha hai kya
Very soon, people like would forget MALGUDI DAYS and will remember HORRORDAYS OF AIR DECCAN. Please be advised if you are only looking for Re 1/- customers to buy or travel please promote the brand with some one who is available in INDIAN SLUMS who don’t have any work and only touch your/your staff feet for getting flight ticket for Re1/ and will come to airport one day before spend time with GROUND STAFF DO FREE SERVICE TILL THE FLIGHT LEAVES FROM THE AIRPORT>
