Well, I have travelled by
Air Deccan
Indian Airways
GoAir
SpiceJet
and believe me, Air Deccan was the worst of the lot.. I mean, I just needed to get from Delhi to Chennai, and it served my purpose. However, No food was offered, I asked for a bottle of water, I wasn’t given one, no purchasable food was offered either, and the actual thing that irritated me was the
"NON RECLINING SEATS!"
I mean, gosh, it was so uncomfortable! I had to sleep in my own lap! ... and the flight attendants weren’t wonderful either!
It was definitely not my best trip and I am sure that I will not travel by air deccan... the fare was like any other flight and it was my misfortune that I chose it... and believe me, you wouldn’t want to chose a flight like this... the others are way better.... according to me, for us economic people, if the Indian airways fare is good, then good, other wise spice jet rocks!
