AIR DECCAN IS THE WORST SERVICE PROVIDER AND AIRLINES IN THIS . I dont think they understand what service and business means. Its about time they shut down the business, pack their bags and sit at home with their dear families watching TV because they are good for nothing and making our life hell as well.
Other low -cost carriers are 100000000000 times better than this BULLOCK-CART AIRLINES.
We had booked tickets on DN-608 from Delhi-Hyd and these guys changed the flight timings and flight duration without informing the passengers. I guess there shitty policy allows them to do that as well and I was aware of that. However, as per their policy, they are supposed to inform the passengers about the flight rescheduling AFTER THEY HAVE RESCHEDULED and these IDIOTS DID NOT INFORM AFTER THE FLIGHT WAS RESCHEDULED as well. It was only by accident that I came to about this some days prior to the flight.
However, worst was still to happen. When I called up AIR DECCAN CALL CENTER, where they are supposed to understand our problem and guide us, I ended up speaking to a bunch of LOSERS AND IDIOTS WITH AN IQ LEVEL OF ZERO. All they said was THE FLIGHT WILL NOW GO THROUGH BHUBANESHWAR 200 TIMES and KEPT ME ON HOLD FOR 30 MINUTES. I WASTED Rs. 250-300 on speaking to them and didnt get any solution. All I wanted was an amicable solution or a full ticket refund.
Other low cost airlines like GOAIR, INDIGO, SPICEJET are much much better. Dont think about 100-200 rupees extra. Forget AIR DECCAN.
Let us take a pledge for not travelling on this AIRLINES ever. It is a pain for us as well as all our near and dear ones. Think of your old parents and small children who go through all the trauma this airlines causes every time you travel with them. Bad Aircrafts, Poor check-in, extremely poor customer care. I dont think we will become rich by saving 100 rupees. Safety, convenience and comfort of our family is way more important.
