I had booked one ticket for 8th march in air deccan. I wanted to reschedule this ticket for April 2nd because of personal reasons.Unfortunately the air deccan site had’migrated to an upgraded system’. When I tried in the internet, they were asking for’confirmation’ number which is not known . Instead of that i had PNR number. They had given instruction to call their customer care for rescheduling and to get the confirmation number from PNR number.
But I didnt get any response, even after trying for one hour to their customer care number which was given in their site.I tried again after sometime for half an hour .I couldnt sleep for that night as I was trying all the time desperately to reschedule the ticket.The flight was supposed to take off at 6.45 in the morning. As per their rules they are giving four hours before the scheduled time to reschedule the ticket.
I expected a lot from a airline service like Deccan.But they put me in a big trap.So never beleive their words or whatever written in their site.You will be in trouble or you cant do your wok as per your plans.
