I booked delhi bangalore to and fro tickets through Air Deccan for two people.
I got these tickets for 7400 only. I was quite happy. But happiness was shortlived when I came to know that there was some problem and the PNR number etc I had got cannot be used to travel.
After 15 days of calling up the Air Deccan office they finally refunded my money to citibank.
Again booked the same flights. This time it costed 16000/- The PNR came and the booking were sucessful. This time I was not too happy as the tickets were costly.
Again one day I was booking one more set of tickets and again the site crashed for me but the amount of 7000/- got debited. Again I called up the call centre and they told me they haven’t received the money. While I could see from my bank that the amount had been deducted. 10 days have passed and they still haven’t resolved the issue.
I think I had a particularly bad experience where 2 out of 3 booking I tried failed. This locked up my money for a long time.
But anyways I am travelling soon on the only ticket I could book successfully. inspite of my bad experience I would recommed this airline.
