This airlines resorts to cheap ways of making money. They take minimum of 40 days to refund amounts for a cancelled ticket. Also there is no way you can enquire about the status other than calling their call centre number which is heavily loaded. Average time required to get across to a call centre executive is 45 mins to 1 hour of waiting time.
Imagine if you have done bulk booking for 1 lakh rupees. You will have to wait for 40 days minimum to get back your money after cancelling the tickets.
That too most of the times these theives will consider the date when u call them to inform of refund as the day 1 from which the refund wil be processed.
Air Deccan is run by a bunch of rogues who are taking recourse to unethical business practices and harassing passengers.
I strongly recommend people against booking in this airlines.
