As such I should congratulate the airlines for bringing down such a low air fares, which hv made possible for even common man to travel by air.
But, only thing what I would like to suggest to atleast they should allocate the SEAT No.’s on the Tickets or Boarding Pass. Because without ticket no.’s people get rushed on the gate for getting a good seat & people start fighting with the crew members at times.
So would request you to Allot the seat no.’s which is not going to cost you much & passangers will be comfortable too..
I hope that you would take this suggestion seriously & may be during my next trip by your Airways wan’t have this coplain & atleast have some comfortness.
Also, If possible a service of soft music in the flight would be much better because at times during the long route like Ahmeabad -Chennai or any where it takes 2-3 hours , it becomes very difficult to sit ideal for a long time.
