I dont know why people travel et all in this Airlines. I agree that this is pioneer in the low cast, and have flown the general public(aam janta in hindi) to the new heights,
but this Air Carrier
-Does not care about general public
-does not care about general public’s time
-goes away every itme saying - we are low cast
-not at all punctual
-mislead people by advertising that they are 98% ontime
and there are many more to go.
My personal suggestion to all, fly in air deccan if you have lots of time in backup or if your doing a ticket for any senior citizen who have all the time in the world.
Specially do not fly when you are flying on the weekend or flying to see your girlfriend, your time to stay with her or at home will be reduced to half.
Once I was flying from Bangalore to Delhi, the flight was supposed to fly at 7 am next day.
the previous night message comes to me at around 930 pm that the flight has been delayed to 10 am, immidietly after 30 mins, next message comes that its delayed by 4 hours and now its at 11am. I tried to rebook my tickets for the flight on the same night immidietly for 930 pm flight, but they sent the message stratigically so that no body could catch there night flight. Anyway, I reached the next morning at around 930am only to found out that the flight whihc was scheduled at 11 am has been rescheduled to 12 am. I had no other option but to wait. I even went there and asked for tickets to any other air lines comapny, they said max they can do is refund the full ticket amount. After further waiting I found that the flight has been rescheduled to 2pm. I was still waiting and took the flight at 2pm.
Now I want you to please rate this review and the air carrier.
