Myself and my family members were travelled to Delhi by early morning Air Deccan Flight. We found the Air Deccan staff at Airport were helpful and guided us smoothly.
The flight started at Chennai at exact time without any delay and reached Delhi at the correct time without any delay.
We feel that the staff at flight also helpful. But they should be more attractive in the way their approach to guests.
Further we feel that the Air Deccan should provide some snacks and a hot or cool drink at free of cost.
They can slightly increase the the rates to provide the above.
In Delhi Airport the Air Deccan staff were ready with the buses to welcome the guests of their flight.
We found that the wrong news about Air Deccan is not correct.
Further due Air Deccan fare structure even poor can able to travel in flight. The fares are amazing and the services of the Air Deccan is excellent.
