I was planning to fly to Bhopal tommorow ie., 24 August and unfortunately the airline announced their 3rd anniversary gimmick of Rs. 3 a ticket. All their networks are jammed, unavailable and their site doesnot respond. I am sure the airline would have anticipated this. Do you call this foresight. Even a normal fare passenger who looks for saving coast and time is deprived.
I am really pissed off! Is some one at the airline taking notice and listening. Whats the point in announcing the aniversary, if you cannot service the customers.
This not only creates a bad image but also apprehension in trying out to fly the airliner. As it is the airliner is having a severe image problem. No wonder it is known as air daccan.
I seriously think air deccan has a bright future, but in the name of cutting costs, you screw up your own image.
Though I have rated the airlines services as average, I still recommend to a friend, due to its vlaue for money.
