This I experienced on one of my goa - mumbai trip
Being a low cost airline I do not expect 5 star treatment but professionalism is something which can not be taken for granted at any given time. The casual attitude of one staff spoils the name of any organization.
To make someone a repeat customer, you have to be friendly with everyone and not just those who are frequent fliers. The check in staff greeted only one person in the que not everyone.
The location of the check in counter is such that you have to ask for it.
Doing a job like a job and doing a job with a smile is a totally different thing. At least you can say good morning or good evening to customers?
I would like to tell one thing that at least water is what they give you for free
I do not know about other times but my flight was on schedule
Take off and landing was smooth.
Voice inside the cabin was not very clear as well as the accent.
Washroom was ok
The service is nothing unique, everyone offers the same.
