The only reason I fly Air Deccan is because if you have to reschedule or cancel your existing reservation, it is a lot cheaper than other airlines. However according to them, starting April 14, they are not going to allow cancellations anymore!!
Their website is painfully slow and making a reservation takes at least half an hour. A lot of times, the final receipt doesnt get loaded making you wonder if the reservation went through. And if you want to get help at their phone line, forget it. I have spent half an hour at least twice, and was still on wait, and I hung up.
I don’t think I will ever fly this airline again. Starting from their reservation website (which is the slowest ever), and not informing passengers in advance of delays (which has happened more than 80% of the times I have travelled), it is not worth the inconveniences.
