When I was in high school I use o travel in a passenger no one could say when it arrive and reach destination. Each day we used to pray god and believing our stars each day to reach our destination. Air Deccan experience is similar. At least railways used to keep a notice on the board about late arriving. No responsible person would be there to talk to know about departure of plane. It is quite unfortunate in India customers have few rights and voice. It is awful experience with Ait Deccan.
We should trust our stars and luck rather than timings of Air Deccan. Untrained and unprofessional staff sits in the counters they are not aware how to operate computers properly stuck with one passenger resulting in which huge queers. Air Deccan staff is not available to control the queue leaving disgusted passengers. It is my personal do not ever travel by Deccan Airways. I always remember the experience a nightmare
