When I opted for online booking (first time) from Bangalore to Madurai I was really happy that I got a flight to Madurai. But it turned out to be a horrible experience.
The online option shown only Morning flights for both direction for the same time. There were no evening flights shown ( available but).
Without realizing that I had booked both direction flights for the same time and lost all my money. I suspect whether they do it intentionally.
Later when I tried the customer care (Karnataka) there were call drops for almost 9 times and their flights face lot of technical problems also so please be careful.
I know Deccan is low fare service but also it’s a low quality service in all its departments. Please be carefull when opting for Deccan otherwise you will be left in the middle of nowhere.
