I had booked a ticket with this operator for a travel from Kolkata to Mumbai for 20th April but then the flight was cancelled and I had to opt for a refund. My case number is 148789 registered on 12th April. I was told by the customer support representative that the refund would be done in 14 working days.
But now 2 months are getting over and there is no news of a refund. When I call the customer care people, I am told that the request is under process and there is a server problem. I dont really understand whether these people are careless about their customer base or is it that they dont have money to correct their server problems. I had to book the tickets using credit card and now I have to pay the interest to the bank on an amount of 3499/- for no fault of mine.
Will Air Deccan refund the money with Interest? They are happily earning interest and eating money and are so careless about what the customer has to bear up with.
A good advise to all those who are planning to travel by Air Deccan and have the slightest chance of cancellation,
DON"T TRUST AIR DECCAN IF YOU ARE EXPECTING REFUND
and thus help yourself avoid being in the group of those who are silent sufferers.
