Air deccan shouldn't make 999 walla offer any more

Deccan does not have any system to support this kind of HEAVY TRAFFIC(CUSTOMERS) LOGGING TO THEIR WEBSITE AIRDECCAN.NET


i went to reliance web world for booking from DEL-MUM on 23rd FEB :(, they told me that website is not working (AS IT WAS TAKING TOO MUCH TIME TO LOGIN).I went to AIRPORT SANTACRUZ THEREI have to stand in Q for 2 and half hours but again the system was not working and about 15-20 minutes PERSON AT COUNTER told me ’’THERE ARE NO SEATS AVAILABLE FOR Rs 999’’ it was 3 pm on sunday(13 FEB) and only one person who got the ticket in those 2 and half hours MUM TO COIMBATOOR


SAME THING HAPPEN ON 26TH jaN AT BIG BAZZAR SALE BUT THEY WERE NOT EXPECTING SO MUCH CUSTOMERS


BUT IN CASE OF AIRDECCAN THEY ARE AWARE OF SUCH SITUATION SO THEY SHOULD MAKE THEIR SYSTEMS SUPPORT TO SUCH HEAVY TRAFFIC(CUSTOMERS)


AND ITS HARD TO BELIEVE THAT WHEN BOOKING OPENS ON 8AM AND HOW CAN ONE LAKH TICKETS SOLD OUT TILL 3 PM


SIMPLE IF THEY CAN NOT PROVIDE THE SYSTEM WHICH CAN SUPPORT SO MUCH USER THEY SHOULD NOT MAKE SUCH OFFERS


ONE SUGGETION TO AIRDECCAN INSTEAD OF BUY COUPLE OF PLANES MORE SPEND THAT MONEY IN UPGRADING YOUR SYSTEM


PERHAPS NEXT TIME I WILL GET THE 999 WALLA TICKETS
