Are you planning a short trip or a long flight in India and looking for cheap airline rates which range from Rs. 1 to Rs. 500 now-a-days, then beware of choosing Air Deccan which has become Dhakkan Airlines due to its poor service, no help from customer care department, no intimation of change in schedules etc.
I have already made a mistake of travelling on Air Deccan flight which became my worst nightmare. I had to travel from Delhi to Kolkata on a official trip but when I reached the airport, I found that flight was delayed by more than 3 hours. I tried to contact the officials but they didn’t have any information.
After 1 hour, they told us there is some technical problem & we will be going in another flight. But we had to wait for 5 and a half hours & my whole business day was lost since all other flights were full. Whlie returning back, I booked my seat in Jet Airways which is the best domestic airlines in India.
So, my advice to all travellers is that you should forget these budget airlines like Air Deccan, Spice Jet etc. which makes fool of passengers by offering low fares but giving no service & importance to customers. Time is money, so you should value your time as it cannot come back if lost.
