horrible website, okay booking staff hobbled by a useless IT backend, HORRIBLE
call centre - hope you are dissuaded enough not to buy tickets, otherwise an
even horribler experience awaits you. And if you ever need to seek a refund. HA

- below, older review, yes I love being tortured, I bougt a package of 14 tickets and am torturing myself dealing with these morons at Air Deccan(or maybe really smart businesspeople who have mastered the art of screwing customers), hoping to salvage some of this amount
too tired and frustrated to write a proper review - late flights, cancelled flights, rude ignorant staff(when I asked to be <br/>
re-scheduled after a delayed flight, Bangalore manager, an Air Deccan employee, said to me that it was my mistake that I booked on air deccan), offloaded due to overbooking, made to run around the city for refund.
similar horror stories from my friends stranded in Delhi due to fog, while other airlines re-scheduled, Air Deccan cancelled flights left and right leaving passengers stranded without any other options
I was a fan of Capt. Gopinath, founder of Air Deccan, thinking he was executing a great vision of making flying affordable for the average Indian but now I really want to strangle him for starting this sh*t of an aviation company
