Fraud and lies

While enrolling the counselor enrolled me by saying that I can cancel the course any point of time during the course duration. And while enrolling I said her also that I want to start the course after a month not now. So she said yes it fine you enroll now because we are offering 35% discount and you might not get this later. So after getting multiple calls from her. I thought fine let take it as if I dnt like I can cancle it later..


So I enrolled


And after a month when I started the course and gone though the videos for 3 days I didn’t liked it and I asked for the refund . Then the support team from simplilearn started saying sir you can’t cancel because you have cross the 7 days refund policy from the enrollment date..


I tried multiple times but they don’t cancel the course and the EMI which they only provided from zest money.


Over the call while enrolling the counselor never said about the 7 days policy . Though am not interested to do the course still they are forcing me to do it.


And after sending multiple emails now they are say sir we can just swap you to another course if you don’t like this one . But we can’t refund the money..


When I am not interested why they are forcing. And the EMI they made its of 85000 rupees which is not a small amount . But no they not cancelling it .


Why should I pay when I am not studying. And why should I go to their policy when their counsilor only lied to to me and enrolled me to the course.
