Purchased Big Data and Hadoop self study training material from Simplilearn.From the very beginning had issues with support addressing problems.They was carelessness in response time and very bad customer service.I was accused of using foul language .I had requested for an audio recording of our conversation, which felt on deaf ears. Obviously they were lying.They have received the payment and now dont care to address problems, on the premises they are not obliged to address issues.relating to study courses,Issues are related to their course material .The bottom line is due to Simplilearn inefficiencies customer(the complainer) is facing issues and delay in resolution. Completely waste of my time and effort, certainly this site is not to be recommended by my selfBetter to throw your money in the bin then subscribe here
