Your course progress may change based on their technical glitches. A concern raised for this may not be resolved and your learning manager will simply say that you have already achieved the certificate, so dont worry about this. You may be asked to note down the ticket number for future reference. So frustrating dealing with them.
Coming to the trainer, at least I never got good answers except for "I have not tried this. May be I will come back".
