I done my ITIL training and test from simplilearn.I will say it is not a right place to learn service.these people dont know the meaning of service.SimpliPay. that’s all. I am waiting for the results.You will never get the phone of relationship manager.what kind of relationship they wish to maintain, no idea.I really frustrated by these people. will never suggest any of my friends here.
