I purchased the PMP Plus programme from Simplilearn in April 2019 as it offered full learning support for three years. From Jan 2021 the format of the exam has changed. Simplilearn is offering the new learning materials to fresh customers only. To the older subscribers, no self learning videos or e-books are being provided. They can access only the older version of videos and e-books. They can only access live classes as per new syllabus. This is a complete fraud as the education provider is refusing to provide full support for the committed duration of three years.
The service support call themselves Customer Delight Team but there is no response on the support helpline after going through numerous IVR menus. The email received in response to registered complaints is so bureaucratic and noncommittal that it leaves the customer in disgust, not delight. They should be called Customer Disgust Team.
What fails my understanding is that when they already have the self learning videos and e-books, which they are providing to new customers, why they are depriving their older customers who have already paid for three years? What’s the point? Are they trying to profiteer at the cost of hapless customers who have already paid? I am flummoxed that an organisation can stoop to such low levels of business practice in its quest for profits. Organisations with such unethical practices should be deregistered by PMI as Authorised Training Partners.
