I have enquired for course to prepare for certification and got super quick response and asked me go join with offers. I thought of joining soon without waiting. I tried joining the weekend course but got message batch is full, then asked for refund and then they have done something on the backend(is this not process violation?!)
The course started on time with no progress having issue with audio for 1.30 hrs. Actual duration of the class is 4 hrs and is on weekends. They never understand how much time it takes and planning to attend 4 hrs session on weekend. They were simply asking for apology. The class the same class was taken on the next day without any prior intimation. Whenever I ask for refund they will try to convince me to retain and hold my money. I think this way they can get lot of money for further investments and interests on such money. There are many such companies with no morale or business ethics!
