Online courses are sometimes a bit scary since you have no clue on what kind of support you can get. I was interested to take a course on Agile and hence made the payment using my credit card a week ago and even though the sales team was actively pursuing before I made the payment, there has been no support post the same to ensure the course content is made available.
On trying to reach the support toll free number, the call gets disconnected as soon as you choose the option for support. I am praying that this doesnt turn out to be a phishing or fraud website.
