I’m writing to express my disappointment with Simplilearns handling of my exam voucher expiration. At no point did I receive any notification or reminder that my voucher was nearing its expiration. This lack of communication caused significant inconvenience, especially considering how important it is for me to complete this certification.
For comparison, I had a much better experience with "The Knowledge Academy" when I took the Azure Solution Architect certification(AZ-305 and AZ-104). Their communication was clear, and they provided timely reminders, ensuring I could focus on passing the exams without worrying about voucher expiration.
Additionally, I’ve faced a frustrating lack of resolution from customer support. After following the guidance from the Help ChatBot and contacting account manager as instructed, I was redirected back to raise the issue via the Help option, only to be told to contact account manager again. This inefficient back-and-forth is unprofessional and has led to further delays.
I strongly urge Simplilearn to improve its communication, both in terms of voucher expiration and customer support.
