I signed up for the six sigma course. This course will not be helpful unless you work in the space and understand the concepts. Their approach doesn’t connect the dots to different concepts and real-life scenarios. I had to watch over 100 hours of youtube videos to understand concepts and formulas. When I raised concerns about their approach and asked for my money back or a resolution, they required four different calls from me asking for feedback to tell me that they would not refund any of my money ultimately. When I purchased the six sigma course, they included the PMP certification. However, when I received notice that my class was starting- I had no access to the dashboard. When I inquired, they told me they had no record that this was included. I’ve spent over 3 hours trying to resolve this on the phone and sent over nine emails that they can’t seem to find. RUN! Pay the extra money elsewhere. For the time and headache Simplilearn has cost me, a university course would have saved me money in the long run.
