Guys, be very careful of this new online store Simplysizzl.( http://www.simplysizzl.in/). It has very alluring website with very good offers, but it just a snare to allure buyers. I am quite regular with online shopping so without thinking much I went ahead and bought this beautiful dress for Rs. 2600. However, when I got the delivery, I was completely shocked as it was a very different product.
A much cheaper thing, can’t cost more than a thousand bucks. And it was far removed from the design I had selected. I called the store immediately. I was of course assured that my product will be shipped that day itself and that they were very sorry for the whole thing. then the wait began. After three days when I received no parcel, I called them again.
Once again a very suave guy named Aman picked up and assured me that there was some issue with the designer, because of which they couldn’t send it but now they will send it that day itself. Again a wait of couple of days and nothing turned up, again I called, again the same story with a new excuse. Today it is more that three weeks, I am yet to get the replacement and they don’t even pick up my call now.
It turns out that they don’t even have a customer care person, the contact phone is a mobile which they switch off whenever they please. I have resigned to fate that I have lost the money. Please be very careful in buying from this place.
