Possibly the best hotel I ever visited recently?? - what an amazing place - You alight from your transport and the door is being held open by someone who genuinely enjoys their job and wants to help - you walk in leaving behind the building work which I personally find beautiful! - pure indulgent luxury! The staff are absurdly helpful - nothing is too much trouble and never before have I encountered such friendliness or attention to details.
The place is clean, beautifully presented and each member of staff looks immaculate and properly attired in ‘Sinclairs’ uniform. The room was beautiful.... recently renovated with all new furniture, floor coverings, and linens. The only bad thing I have to say about the room was the size of the bathroom. The bed that our room had was very cozy.
The food at the restaurant was divine - with so many lovely extras - courtesy of the chef/the bar staff/ the manager - we felt like royalty! You cannot possibly fault the staff or service in any way. Staff are great, perfectly trained and courteous… We can’t wait to go back and intend to do so asap! And we wouldn’t stay anywhere else!!
