Worst Experience in Pest Control

Took a 1 year contract with Sine Pest Control, with a service contract every 4 months taking into account the sales representative talk and that they are an ISO certified company


In the first service, the actual experience was compeletely different from the sales man representations


a) They were using some cheap gel(so called imported gel) whereas was promised that the Rallis branded gel would be used


b) The service man who turned up was totally inexperienced and lacked basic knowledge about the work he was supposed to perform


c) The person turned up with inadequate tools.


Second Service was due in Jan,


a) There is no after sales service. The customer has to call them to make an appointment(unlike other pest control services who send reminders). The customer calls for 15 days before an appointment is given


b) They do not have any record of a 1 year contract. Their systems are not in place


c) The appointment is given at 10 am and the serviceman turns up at 11.15 am and again the same nightmare cheap gel, no tools


d) On a complaint call to their zonal office, the person-in-charge tops it up with a so what answer.


If you have read through this, its probably enough to make a decision on the quality of service(from a so called ISO certified company)
