I very often travel by Singapore Airlines to many destinations very often to Singapore. The flight staff are very efficient, courteous and pleasant to deal with. The flights are generally on time and make you feel at home when your flying.
The best I liked about this airline is that, the communication is very good. Once the flight from Mumbai to Singapore was delayed and was scheduled to leave at 2 a.m. The ground staff informed the passengers even before the passengers actually checked in, so that the passengers had a option to check in later. The ground staff is also had the patience to explain the reason to each and every passenger with a smiling face. Unlike many other airlines who don’t even bother to inform the delay much is advance nor do they feel the need to inform the reason for the delay to the passengers.
