Well, I have been travelling with this airlines for 3 years now. I still remember when I first travelled to Australia with this airline and was quite nervous about it. Here are some pros and cons
Pros:
1) Sufficient check in counter available. If you have got online check in, I think there is separate counter and you will be passing that check in within 5-10min.
2) If exceeded the luggage limit of handbag by few grams, dont need to worry they allow. Few airlines charges for few grams.
3) Flight attendants are extremely helpful and have enough trained to help you out. If you need a drink or water for more than once, dont hesitate to ask. They wont be giving annoying face expressions:D
4) Seating space is normal 7/10. You can stretch your seat a bit to make your legs comfortable. Also they have enough space, if you are carrying a child with you.
5) Movies are surprisingly good, they have enough amount of entertainment in there to entertain you for almost 5-6 hours. Includes hindi movies as well.
6) With some issues in weather, the airlines is always on time.
7) Toilets are clean and well maintained.
Cons:
1) Seats are a bit congested.
2) Honestly, sometimes the food sucks but as you are on a flight you cant help it.
