This movie has come at the right time when the entire India is struggling to make this country corruption free. We all love this country and we like everything about this country but the system. The character Singham should be a role model for all the police officers in our country. They have all the power but they can not use it because of the Ministers like Narvekar(a character in the movie). The villain in the movie is my favorite actor Prakash Raj, who in his very unique style has given a clear view on how influential people bend our system to get away. We have seen so many movies with this kind of concept, at-least in South India we have these kind of movies every once in a six month. This movie is special because it is at the right time when Annaji is trying his best to give us a clean and corruption free system.
I just want to add a small real life story here, one of my relatives were threatened and they land in a newly developing locality was occupied by some local gondas. When they went to the police station they did not even take the FIR but advised them to hire gondas to get back the land and that they can not do anything about it. I was really shocked when I heard this, the police is supposed to protect us and use they power to clean these gondas from our system.
I have not seen the original version(Surya’s Yamudu in tamil and telugu) of this movie yet, but this one is a real good one and I would like to congratulate Rohit Shetty for Singham. Its a Dabang style movie with a very good message.
