Sinhagad fort is popular fort in pune city. We can go by trekking or by any vehicle(two wheeler, four wheeler, cycle, etc). The road is not good in between especially in rainy seasons but if you are ready to pass the hurdles then you are going to have a lot much fun. And mostly people prefer in rainy season itself to go their. The reason behind is nothing but you get adventure. Nevertheless, they do maintain the roads once in a blue moon though.
If you want to go by trekking you will also get public PMT buses till the feets of the fort.
Its the best hangout place to go with your buddies. You will collect lots of memories at a single distination. I had been there several times and I am always amazed and excited eachtime I go. The scenery, the air keeps us refreshed.(Always prefer to go in the early morning)
Most important attraction there is the mouth watering’onion pakoras’ and’pithla bhakri’. Their are various other eatables also.
Also you will pass’khadakwasla dam’ in between. Which the most attracted place for tourists. The water though is not that clean but you feel good there.
At the end, Sinhagad fort is worth going atleast once in your lifetime.
