I went to the emergency ward as I got a head injury..I was bleeding profusely and had to get stitches. after filling the form, the nurse asked me to find a bed for myself. My friend was unable to find a bed, as all were full. We went back to the same nurse telling her that we couldn’t find a bed. She snapped at us: If there’s no bed then how can I give the shots?..before we cud react she disappeared. All this while my head was bleeding and maybe the least they could do is at least give a chair to sit down.
Finally, we found a bed!!...called the nurse again. my friend told her that I’d already received the tetanus shot and she has to give the painkiller shot. Nurse: "I was not even giving the first one"...I was left speechless by her rudeness... finally after an hour the doctor came did the stitches.
I went again after 6 days to remove the stitches..the attender pulled off the bandage as if he was removing a was strip, because of which a small portion of my new skin came off and it started bleeding again. thankfully the stitch was intact..so now I’m waiting to remove my stitch tomorrow and obviously not again go to this horrible place.
Guys, please avoid this hospital for your and your dear ones’ safety.
