Pathetic. Avoid Sireesh Auto, B'lore. Bad service

I bought vehicle from Sireesh Auto on Hosur Road.


First thing first:


After sales service is pathetic.


Bought XUV500 on 15 Dec 2015. Got my car damaged while in parking on 28 Dec, merely 10-12 days out of showroom. At the time of delivery of new vehicle I was given number of Tilak Prasad(725943xxxx) as relationship manager. When I called him he was clueless that his business card was given as relationship manager to new customers. He asked who has given? He says I’m from service department and in this case I need to contact body shop guys which is different department.


Finally caught hold of body shop manager Rajesh(944861xxxx / 974001xxxx) on 29 Dec and he asked me to send pics by whatsapp. I did that immediately. He asked me to file insurance and get claim number. I did the same and provided him.


Now the real drama stared of ‘part not available’. It will take 8-10 days. No need to send vehicle till part comes. On Jan 6th called him again he said, it will take another 3-4 days and he is going to shabrimala will be back after 5 days. Called again on Monday, 11 Jan. he was still not back and parts have not come.


I got a reminder from Insurance Company that claims would be rejected, as you have not left the vehicle for service.


Escalated the case to Rajesh’s manager Vittal Krishna(990007xxxx), Rude and another Ah. Even bigger…he blamed me for not sending car, whereas Rajesh told me not to send.


I asked what would be the cost of repairs - he said that we can’t tell. Now this is very clever of these folks, they know these 2 parts need to be replaced, why can’t they give rough estimate of replacement and painting? They are doing this job day in and day out.ridiculous and mammoth bill in the end. Even my part was very heavy, I asked why, bland answer check with your insurance. Cleaning charges Rs 450/- I argued, I have given you clean car, return me clean car, why should I pay separately but again big fight.


Finally left car on 13 Jan, and called on 18th to check if work has started, same reply part has not come…Today is 29th Jan and got my vehicle back after 1 month of rigorous follow up and not too sure how many phone calls, pleading. Car was not in satisfactory condition. You can see clear paint spots where repainting has done. Read window rain guard was changed to old one(full of scratches and cracks) and when I asked I was given reply that we need to remove original new one which can’t be fixed again so as of now temporarily we have give you what was available. Next time whenever you will come for service we’ll change it.


At the time of delivery I was told when you get a call from Mahindra, kindly give rating as 10.


Sales experience wasn’t great too but I kept quite. Need some numbers to escalate this case, if someone can help.
