I am truly shocked with the extreme words used by some of the users for sireesh autos. I am an nri, based in the Maldives. In November 09, i decided to buy a Scorpio from sireesh. Did all my correspondence thru email and telephone. Did not ever meet anybody in sireesh. Sent my 100% funds by end November.
On 04th Jan 10, i landed up in Bangalore, went to their showroom on 05th Jan. The vehicle, the registration certs, the insurance papers, all were ready!! Absolutely no goof up. I had requested specifics for the vehicles - no stickers on the exterior, front row windows half tinted, a specific shade of seat colours, full black vehicle which they had to customize. Every single thing was taken care of! The best was the handing over process. One of the chief technicians did a complete training program for 1 hour and it was truly fantastic. I was frankly proud to be an Indian!
I was proceeding for a 3000 km drive the next day and wanted to be sure everything was fine. My battery seemed to have a problem. Seeing my concern, the chief technician, immediately ordered for a complete change of the battery to another new one. He rechecked with me whether i am happy. I call this as service.This is my 5th car that i have purchased in my life - Mumbai, Delhi, trivandrum and calicut . I truly believe sireesh personnel were absolutely fantastic and super efficient.
This is totally contrary to what i am reading with other users. I hope this helps some genuine buyer!
