We have a Reva E2O for the past 2 years and services by Reva engineers directly, completely satisfied. a Few months back Reva informed us that the services will be rendered by their dealers and Sireesh Auto being in Jakkur near to our residence, would be recommended.
Going by the recommendations, we decided to get our car services 2 weeks back and get a Power steering upgraded. We have had more than 15 different cars and expereinced different standard & types of services over the past 20 years. This turns out to be the worst experience ever among all whom we have dealt with so far.
The car was not even cleaned properly forget the issues we had asked to rectify, the care came back in a much worse/dirty condition than we gave it for service. Now Reva people are insisting that we have to get the Services repeated by Sireesh Auto. Cna you believe this from someone like Reva.
I am seriously regreting buying a Reva now after these couple of years not beacuse of the car but beacuse of Reva` service policy.
