Sitejabber is one of the most poorly designed review platforms I’ve come across. The user interface is clunky, outdated, and frustrating to navigate. Searching for a company rarely gives accurate results, and I often have to rely on Google just to reach the correct page.
The app or site lags terribly when trying to post a review—sometimes it shows as published, but it disappears from your profile for days. It’s slow, unresponsive, and clearly not optimized for real users. Other review platforms are far smoother and much easier to use.
