I would like to share my views about Sitel India’s Gurgaon office. Its a terrible experience. One of the worst time spent In Sitel.
They should not be allowed to carry there business as they harrse people. One side they would show that they are very keen retaining employees and show that they want to build there future. But the truth is they want to spoil everyone’s future. They would blame you for what you have not done.
A ridiculous company and a waste to work with. I have worked with good organizations and found that Sitel does not stand even 1% to the standard the other companies are. There management is full of relatives of the top shots. They are not worth working. I have never seen such a bad organization throughout out my life.
Would strongly recommend people not to work with them as they spoil employees carrier instead of making them.
One thing good in this company is there Transport apart from this the management is worthless.
