I am writing this comment representing the Sitel Chennai(DELL Process). The only thing which can make you survive here is couple of t and nothing else.
The way they polish you while induction, but after that nothings going to work out as they have promised. If a fresher wants to work hard and come up his way and raise in career in a honest way, then this workplace is not the right one. To get good opportunities within job, you would need only one thing, it can be either a set of t and a V or a bu** licking character. If you do not have one of the above mentioned thing then you won’t pertain here, otherwise if I have to say in lay man language then you don’t belong to this kind of work nature.
I have worked in this company just for 3 months and in this period, they made me to forget my core subject by giving such frustration and pressure. If you want to grow in life and settle down, then please, please, please don’t join here and spoil your life. That’s all I could say to save your life. If you join here and sustain this culture, then hats off to you.
