I myself am a user of Siti Cable Broadband.I am using it for the last 36 months.I have always find the service average.I wouldn’t say poor.They provide me with a speed of 728 kbps at the amount of 550 and unlimited download options.That’s why I personally use this connection.
But the speed hardly sticks to 80-100 kbps.But I should say that the broadband have to make the service right and their connection more stable, so that the customers those have trust in them does not disconnect the connection because of poor service.
If there is any problem with my connection I call my supplier and they come up with no improvement.They don’t even always answer the phone.The connection fluctuates everyday.
