Hey! From New Delhi!! I was trying for a new broadband siti connection , so i called their toll free number. They told me that our company executive will reach you in next 72 hours. It’s been 4 days now i haven’t recieved any message, call or mail from the company. Plus i have been dialing their provided toll free number three to four times a day. I have been irritated by telling my phone number and other details repeatedly , the only thing they say that "we have shifted/reapplied your request, we’ll respond you soon." I can say the worst service ever!!!!
After calling and shouting at their executive for 4th time what they started doing was cutting the calls in between and that was intolerable!
The way they are not caring about installation and not showing any effort, if there would be a
technicalproblem in future, they simply won’t look at that. Shitty experience !!
