however its depend upon your locality area for example somewhere MTNL is better sometimes TIKONA is better in my locality paschim vihar siti broadband is best among the all .
so before using it contact your local friends about your network provider .
connection is very good without any problem in any season because it is wired connection if live where network is not so good this will work for you.
I dint required service and support till now but I know it is good .
