I have been using siti broadband since last 3 month.i like siti broadband in terms of speed but abiut others thing I don’t.
Before I used to use PMPL which doesn’t has peering at my place that is why I had changed it after that siti is providing all things which I wanted.
But sometimes it has some problem like ping timeout.and others problem.my issue is about our local service provider they charged 100 extra then the package for example if the package is 552 I have to pay like 600 which makes me angry.
I wanted to know about online recharge by calling customer care number but they said I can’t make it online.i don’t know what should I do now.
