I get the broadband connection from Siti cable in a year back. At that there is free one month trial connection without any charges neither the plan nor the installation charges. It was amazing speed. I downloaded four movies in an hour. It was really a good experience. After that experience I decided to take this. I give the plan charges cash to the Siti Broadband executive but they didn’t get the connection. After some months I got to know that the same executive didn’t submit the cash to the Siti office. We neither get the cash nor get the connection. We face the cash loss, I think siti have to return the cash to the client I listen from many people in Paschim vihar that they face the same problem.
From last two months I am using the same but now I have no problem.
