My ISP is Siti broadband and I am writing this review after using it for 6 months in KOLKATA.
My internet bandwidth is only 512 Kbps at Rs 433.99 per month from a local cable operator and my installation charge was Rs 1500. I am getting surfing speed around 200KBps and above that for downloading and viewing files on YouTube and Google PlayStore. For other downloads it is around 90KBps in IDM. My torrent speed for INTERNATIONAL TORRENT(FLASH, ARROW, GOT etc.) is around 5-6MBps but my DOMESTIC torrent is around 8-9MBps and I sometime get a max of 11MBps during downloading some movis. But their Customer Support is Avg. and they respond late. Otherwise it is great. But if you are getting slow torrent speed as I was then feel free to contact the customer care of Siti Cable Broadband Kolkata - 033 40025000. It may take 3-4 days but they will solve the problem.
